Approach

We believe that learning is experiencial, and after introducing the main areas of knowledge and concepts we are keen to get people working in groups of threes to to try out the tools and techniques under the watchful eyes of trained facilitators and practitioners.

Particularly for the longer events, group sizes will be relatively small and limited to 12-15 so that everyone will have a good amount of contact time with experienced trainers and facilitators.

Unlike some courses where trainers are relative novices to the topic or generic trainers with no subject matter expertise, we have deep knowledge and experience of project managers across sectors and have walked in your footsteps.  Hence, if required, we can continue in a mentoring role beyond the course.
